Activities with Graph Paper


Graph paper is a very versatile and useful device for learning mathematics and is not used much in primary and middle schools. In this paper we suggest some activities with graph paper that can be used to enhance understanding of concepts and operations on numbers, geometry and measurement, communication and reasoning. Some opportunities are provided for exploration of ideas. We have restricted activities to 2005 syllabus of NCERT for classes V -VIII.
